It
is 1992 and after nearly a century the US must close its naval
base in the Philippines, it's biggest overseas facility. It is
the end of an era. For the local community it is a time of uncertainty,
challenge and change. For three young US Navy SEALS it is time
to test their loyalty to love, honor and country.
